Exploration and Instrumentation Services Gulf Shore has a staff of project managers and field professionals that specialize in providing environmental and geotechnical drilling services. The services include: monitoring well installation, injection well installation, soil sampling, aquifer testing, soils vapor gas well installation, pump installation, operation, and maintenance. Gulf Shore's drill rigs are equipped for variable drilling techniques, such as wet rotary and hollow-stem auger (HSA) and are staffed by experienced field technicians to assist in specialized subsurface investigations. Each CME 75 hollow-stem auger drill rig in Gulf Shore's drilling fleet is equipped for conversion into wet rotary methods which allows Gulf Shore's clients the option to continue drilling operations when hollow-stem auger methods are no longer feasible. Each hollow-stem auger and wet rotary rig is equipped with Shelby tube sampling, split spoon sampling, piston sampling and soil coring devices for environmental and geotechnical purposes. Our hollow-stem auger drill rigs can install monitor wells up to a diameter of six inches (6'). Wet rotary drill rigs can install monitor wells up to a diameter of twelve inches (12'). Drilling methods include, 94MM punch coring, deep soil-cement proof coring using both HQ and PQ sizes, and diamond rock coring.
Gulf Shore personnel have project experience in a wide variety of drilling technologies. Currently, Gulf Shore is licensed as Water Well Contractors in California (C-57 #964224) and Nevada (#1937), Louisiana (WWC-#763) In addition, all field personnel have their 40hr Hazwopper certifications.

Gulf Shore's staff has provided drilling services for numerous Departments of Environmental Management, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Environmental Protection Agency superfund sites in California, Nevada, and Louisiana. In addition, Gulf Shore has worked extensively on geotechnical investigations for road, bridge, and building construction, as well as, hydro-geological investigations at solid waste landfills.
